Charles S. Burke M.D.

Dr. Charles S. Burke is a board-certified psychiatrist. Dr. Burke received his bachelor’s degree at The Citadel in 1976, then attended the University of South Florida College of Medicine, graduating in 1979. He completed internship and residency in Psychiatry at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia. In 1983, he began the full-time practice of psychiatry. He served as a psychiatrist in the U.S. Army, afterwards relocating to the Toledo area in 1989. Since that time has been providing private psychiatric care, integrating the treatment of emotional conditions with a comprehensive understanding of a wide variety of health concerns. Addressing nutritional, sleep, hormonal and the lifestyle issues can make the critical difference in successfully resolving emotional problems.

Thomas E. Meiring Ph.D. LPCC-S

Dr. Thomas Meiring is a licensed professional clinical counselor and supervising counselor, a national certified counselor, and a member of the American Society of clinical hypnosis. He offers you over 30 years of clinical experience, using YOUR strengths to reach YOUR goals as swiftly as possible. He specializes in working with sexuality concerns, especially with LGBTQ individuals. He uses individual, couple and group therapy interventions to assist transgender adults and teens as they work towards their goals.

Ann E. Hovest M.Ed PCC

Ann E. Hovest M.Ed PCC is a licensed professional clinical counselor. Her professional experience includes individual and group counseling with adolescents, adults, couples and families in private practice. She has provided counseling service in school settings and assisted living centers, as well as in shelters for victims of domestic violence. Special areas of interest include anxiety related disorders, and adjustment issues related to life transitions. Her holistic approach to mental-health recognizes the importance of integrating wellness in mind, body and spirit so that persons have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Brandi Winkelman MFT

Brandi Winkelman is a licensed marriage and family therapist, and a graduate of Capella University 2016. Her professional experience and training includes various areas of individual and family support: systemic, narrative, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapies; women’s empowerment programs; coordinating and designing life skills/self-sufficiency training; parent education and family crisis management.
My experience with diverse populations and my multicultural background are assets to my practice that help me to respectfully support your goals and personal growth. I look forward to working with you and reaching those goals.

Arielle Patty LPC

Arielle Patty is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a strong focus on issues surrounding gender identity and gender violence. Arielle is very passionate about working with gender diverse adults and youth. She works hard to serve the LGBTQ community as a whole, by working to create more holistic services for trans folks in NW Ohio. Arielle facilitates a therapeutic group for teens who are transgender or gender diverse.
Arielle has also worked as an advocate for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence for several years, and hopes to continue to serve survivors. Arielle is passionate about challenging many stigmas in our culture, and identifies as an activist for marginalized populations. She openly discusses her brain disorder, Narcolepsy, and challenges perceptions of those with disabilities. In her personal time, Arielle enjoys playtime with her many cats, closeness with loved ones, crafting, and being lazy around the house.
